★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not very prominent as a warehouse. There are many instances when a sudden truck emerges from the by lane into main road so beware. The entrance to the warehouse has a huge blind spot, better to slow down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place , had an opportunity to sneak peek into the place . Was surprised to see the way a online gaint plans their inventory, packing and dispatch system. It was so well organised and neat inspite of so many products . The cold storages are seperate from the regular stuff. The truck loading bays and parking systems were well planned. As iam not sure about sharing the pics so ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no experience with big basket. The vehicles that deliver are noisy and take turns even at the dead end by damaging the approach of houses. When we politely inform the delivery van drivers, all your staff rudely behave with senior citizens. You have to assemble all the vehicle drivers and delivery boys and teach How to deliver Safely and smoothly without causing pain to the residents. Well and hope you correct your staff.

Orders will be taken and yet the time of delivery it will not be delivered and you will get the call after the delivery time, giving all non sense explanations for Not delivering the Goods Request you all to look for the best Alternative like Nature's Basket, Amazon Fresh or Flip Kart. Don't waste Money on this Useless Company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Basket Daily customer service department is pathetic and ineffective.
Their delivery boy puts the ordered products inside the Milk Bag inspite of our hanging a separate cloth bag at the door as per their protocol. Multiple times complaints have been logged but apart from an apology and assurance, nothing changes on the ground. This results in either no place for the milk sachets supplied by the milk vendor in the Milk Bag or damages or products just kept on the floor at the door.
No sense of customer service !
