β β β β β Big frauds. I just bought Motorola One Power mobile last night and it has a problem with loud speaker. While buying the phone, they told they will replace without any hassle of going to service centre within first 7 days. When I visited today for replacement, they are telling the mobile will be repaired by taking to the service centre. Also, they told that I should come tomorrow again for that.
While buying phone, they said Amazon and Flipkart are selling defective phones and customers are facing issues to get replacement and they said they don't cheat customers like online sellers.
Within 24 hours, they did the same to me. I heard Big C cheated people and got caught in rides but I thought they are changed. They are still cheaters.
Please don't buy from Big C
