★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a building of government of West Bengal. More specifically for educational purpose. this building is the head of of all the government undertaking colleges of West Bengal. I personally visited this place for my scholarship issues. There is a good system for service and enquiry.
the scholarship department was at 9th floor.
drinking water, washroom (toilet ) available at every floor and the place is very clean and tidy.
And the scenery outside the buildings are also very beautiful.
the communication system is also very good with Howrah station and also there are so many Bus stands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all Bikash Vaban is one the most Valuable Government Spot.Various departments are there to serve the people. It's easy to notify as it is beside the Main Road. It has lift service, also has wheelchain accessable entrance and big Parking Lot., nearest Rail station: Bidhannagar Railway Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated near central park, mayukh bhawan , all the government works like ration card making, digital ration card, voter card correction, student scholarship works, for honours and engineering background, student Stephen , child and girl education, secondary and higher secondary related government works are done here, employees are not good enough! They are very slow but some of them are very helpful and dynamic , you can board on auto from ultadanga or auto from baisakhi keshtopur! There are many goverment building like jalasamoad bhawan, mayukh bhawan, poura bhawan, purta bhawan etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I don't need to tell which services are served at this building. I just want to say that Bikash Bhavan is the office for educational departments of West Bengal government. Whether it is department of technical education or any other bodies, all the higher education bodies are situated here.
The nearest Bus Stop is Karunamoyee Bus Terminal and the nearest railway station is Bidhannagar Road Railway Station. From there you can take auto to reach Bikash Bhavan. Otherwise walking will not be an bad option.
