★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most promising departments under state govt. of West Bengal. Chairman is hon'ble minister in charge Shri Chandranath Sinha and Hon'ble Managing Director is Shri Soumyajit Das. They are giving full efforts for the development of fisheries projects through out Bengal as per instruction of Hon'ble Chief Minister Smt. Mamata Banerjee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered for magur and koi.On the SmartFish app, the items were mentioned as packaged(date of storage) on 14 September 2018 and hence we decided to go head with the buy. However, on checking the labels during delivery , I discovered that the dates mentioned were 5 Sept 2018, 9 September 2018 and the worst case being, one package labeled as packed on 30 August 2018.
On one packet, there was a new label pasted on an old label.
Really disappointed with this.
Everyone should avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse agency for fish delivery.They have stolen my money. My order date was 28th March,2020 and today is 11th July,2020.Payment was done from my debit card,no delivery till date.Booked for my mother during the lockdown peroid,who is a senior citizen and lives alone at South Kolkata.Booked because it is a government department,but I think it is a cheating from the department.Please either deliver fish or return full money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a few fish items yesterday morning online and also paid for the same. I got an SMS confirming the order and also the contact phone number. Till now I am yet to receive the supply. Since yesterday, I made several phone calls to that number but there's no response. I have now requested them on their website to either supply me the items immediately or refund the amount paid.
Please think twice before playing any order on this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered on 29th & 30th March for fish but they didn't delivered. Moreover, my account has also been debited for the amount but unable to cancel the order. The assigned phn given at the time of booking when ranged no person has picked up. During lockdown it was a ray of hope but faded away.
