★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in Bikash bhawan salt lake. Situated at the back building 4th floor. Lift and staircase Available. Books collection time Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 4pm. Never visit this place without your ignou identity card. As per I know they solve all your problems if visited within the time. This is the regional centre for Kolkata region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling them literally every day from the past 1 month. They do not receive phone calls. It's difficult to travel so much!!!!!! Please take off your helpline number because it seems you have no intentions to help. You don't answer emails!!! Seriously!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IGNOU Faculty in bikash bhawan is pathetic they just work there to earn free salary.Due to covid 2nd yr exams were postponed but they took the exam fees again in dec they scheduled the exam which was held on 4th march 2022 where i have selected west bengal exam center but they released the hall ticket with faridabad address which was my residential address but i have selected west bengal as per my current location still to correct there mistake I need to visit to bikash bhavan as per college instructions to correct their error and they simply denied for any correction saying that you should have come earlier. Its my mistake that i didnt corrected there mistake earlier. They dont care about students career or future they just know to sit in the chair in ac room and earn salary without doing anything

Taking admission in IGNOU ll make u feel heel it'all gonna take a long process for everything from ur admission study material, u ll never receive it on time u ll receive ur study material after ur examations
Save ur lives and stay away from it
Collect some information before taking admission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone has an option, DON'T CHOOSE IGNOU. When I took admission, everyone told me that IGNOU is the best for distance learning but from my experience of almost 2 years with this university, I can tell you, THEY HAVE THE MOST PATHETIC AND AWEFUL SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Most of the times your marks will be updated a year after you submit your copies(if not more than that). Most of the times your books will be delivered a month or two before your exams(if not after it). And for most of the times you call the RC or Head Office, the phone numbers will either not work or will be busy( God knows why) or will keep ringing until they disconnect. If someone picks the call up(very rarely), they will direct you from one Phone number to another instead of solving your doubts and problems. You won't get any classes, any communication, any support other than books from IGNOU(as it is the case for me in BAEGH). So, why not 2 Stars and not 1?
That's because of the books. THEIR BOOKS ARE VERY VERY VERY WELL WRITTEN(in simple language) and are best for self study. Their Courses are very well designed and will make your study interesting(if you get them on time).
