★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom is not provide satisfied service and employees behavior is very rude to customers. Bike Stickers given by compulsory and by the way it is not compulsory at another Showrooms. So please everyone don't purchase any kind of service and vehicle this showroom. Thank you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom and service center is a great place to get your hero bike serviced. They also have, Hero's new synthetic engine oil available which is slightly hard to find in Ahmedabad Gandhinagar (Would recommend getting for xpulse).

Their Road side assistance is even worse.. if you are stuck on road then your vehicle may get stolen because they take couple of days to bring it to the showroom. will strictly not recommend this place. Shame on you team of Bikes Auto.. either sell your Dealership to someone else or just shut it down!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, 3 days after service done there are many problems in my Maestro again.
Handle problem,
Another one is a hole in petrol tank, on the day of service they assured about tank is ok but it was not,
Finally one is that battery of the maestro was fine and 8 months old also in working condition and they called us and said your battery is not working after that we checked and found that serial number on battery bill and warranty card were same but the battery was of different serial number.
The service manager there Mr. Ankesh was not ready to accept any kind of mistake on his hand and very rude behaviour, he was just yelling and putting unnecessary logic.
Then we asked for CCTV footage, and same they now it can’t be possible tomorrow we will show you and all.
After spending 2 hours, battery loss and petrol tank we accepted our mistake that हम वहाँ गए, and we personally recommend you all यहाँ कभी सर्विस के लिए नहीं जाए फ़ायदे में रहेंगे। धन्यवाद।
