Worst people whom they associated with for accessories & number plate fitting. Rude and misbehaving. Time consuming.
Number plate fitting person says he would be responsible if damage occurs. Then for what they responsible? Only money collection?
There are couple of overwised back office staff too.
Highly unprofessional team.
Would never prefer Innovative Honda C G Road branch

U have to wait when u go there as its crowded 8 out of 10 times.
But all n all satisfied by thw work.
The follow ups and quality management.
When i had some issue witht hem the person incharge took personal interest and helped me out.
So i would recommend buying and servicing your honda two wheeler from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever seen. i gave my active for service maintenance but after this when i tried to call them for delivery of the activa since morning 10 AM to the noon 1:00PM, no one is picking up the call and also no service information call from staff side. staff is not at all responsive. and then when i called on customer care number one female picked up the call and says it's our lunch break please call after 2:00pm. please clarify are you taking lunch break from morning 10 to noon 2 or what??? i already have experienced the innovative honda service center at Chandkheda location but never faced this kind of issues from last 2 years.. but this centre is pathetic. very disappointed with innovative honda.
