★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store offers services now actively. Staff is good. They platinum , gold, diamond jewellery collection. Platinum collection is good. Gold collection is good but the gold chain collection is not that great! You might find better designs at other Hallmark brand stores such as Tanishq etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience recently. We place an order for the customised ring for the ring ceremony. They person told us that it will take 25 business days but after 25 business days, when we called then they told us, "Sir, we have issues with the customised jewellery. So, it will take 10 more days." After 10 more days they gave us the customised ring which wasn't we ordered. A person who took the order also agreed that this is not the ring which you've ordered.
So, on the ring ceremony day we have to work with the temporary ring, which is a horrible.
So, I would suggest not to give customised order here. They are poor in delivering the customised item.
