★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took parcel which was good although spoon was not there and received on time.This is typically south indian biryani which you should try, if you like spicy food. You may get dishartened if you expect north indian biryani taste. Every region is having their own taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Hyderabadi mutton dum biriyani and this is the worst I have ever eaten. The chef should at least eat a dum biriyani before cooking. Putting some uncooked meat in basmati rice will not make a biriyani. Please don't make us suffer Mr chef. Please ?

We had ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani from the counter and after 15-20 mins, the cashier called us to take our order. When we are finishing our order suddenly the cook arrives and told us that it's an incorrect order and you have to pay extra money for the Chicken 65 (which we had not ordered ). The Bikkganebiryani messed up our dinner order and brought wrong dishes. And anyway, not a word of apology from the manager, in fact, he glared at us as if we were at fault!
How is it justified to pay for the wrong order in the first place and then getting into a verbal argument with the customer when you yourself serve an incorrect order?
Highly disappointed and the most pathetic experience I ever had, Hats off to the guts of the branch manager and cook.
No manners, no courtesy, poor customer experience and what else.... I will never dare to visit any branch of Bikkgane biryani in future. I also request you my friends, please take care and not spoil your evenings if you are in and around Greater Noida.
