β β β β β Worst Biriyani ever tried, they are using old compromised quality meat in their biriyani, very poor taste with no sense of spices and smelling mutton.

β β β β β We had a horrid experience with Bikkagane Biriyani, we ordered two plates of Chicken Biriyani today through Zomato, I would like to highlight that the Biriyani was not even half a plate quantity and all they sent was white rice with two tiny pieces of chicken. The Biriyani chicken pieces were further coated with cornflour so ideally with micro chicken pieces. Well in the offer through Zomato it was mentioned that they will send Biriyani originally prices Rs 339 at Rs 169 however actually what the restaurant sent is less quantity and bad quality. When we called Bikkagane they said they have special container for offer with Zomato and this is how the quality is as there is rush of offers. The staff was rude, and not willing to disclose the name or resolve the matter as this is how they are instructed to deal. The call was transferred to area sales manager of Bikkagane and he said his name is Ramakant but he was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. They said that they cannot help as they have huge orders so quality and quantity will be compromised. Well I must tell, all we got was white basmati boiled rice and our dinner experience was sad. We did speak with Zomato and they did partial refund but the question is how can such unethical practice by Bikkagane be highlighted. They are looting customers with bulk order game where they are not giving full plate food and bad quality. This is a serious fraud and I would never recommend such unscrupulous practice by Bikkagane Biriyani.

β β β β β This is what they send me through swiggy at 174 rupee a countable 10 potato slice which was not exactly into their half container.not Cooked properly, I was frequently ordering the food from this restaurant before it was good but looks like from past 1 month there is some change Or what don't know exactly but this is the worst experience.

β β β β β Staff is rude, taste is bad and promise something but you get something else. Those don't value their customers are definitely get bad endings. Suggestions for owners , this is a time where you guys seriously look into your outlet.

β β β β β I delivered veg biryani from this outlet. The food received on time. It was hot and properly wrapped when handover by the delivery agent.
As soon as I opened the biryani box and served in the plate, my kitchen was filled with the amazing aroma of the biryani. The taste of biryani was good and was well cooked. It had the mild taste of various veggies incorporated in the rice. The quality of rice and veggies were fine.

β β β β β Never buy from Bikkagne Secotr 104, Ashirwad. Worst experience. I ordered chicken Biryani family pack boneless. There were very little chicken and mostly either basan or maida pakoda. This store is big cheater even during this covid time. They charge me more than 1000.00 rupees just for rice and pakoda. Will never buy from this store. Most of the good reviews are given by Local guides so don't trust these cheaters.

β β β β β It's rare that you get an authentic biryani taste coupled with good quality and Bikkgane managed to provide it, at least in the first try...The packaging is good and it comes across as pretty hygienic as well.. Definitely trying it again and highly recommended as well to all biryani lovers out there...Two thumbs up

β β β β β Very spicy and oily biryani. Chicken pieces are very hard and like chewing gum. I regret this order. Even after calling them to make less oily and less spicy they simply ignore the instructions.
