★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing is horrible. My car maruthi swift No water wash for first service itself. If ask they are creating reasons for free services I hope, if any paid services may be water service will be available at that time, because of paid services. Staff is good speaking. But they are not experienced. Cleaning boys are rude if any thing request them to check it. My car pictures are added below that they after servicing. Looks like still not service. Just cleaning by cloth. Iam really unsatisfied from this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the quality of servicing is good, I am totally surprised by the billing process. It is too expensive for a Maruti car and each time, I notice they include items which we dont ask for. If the average servicing cost comes to Rs 20,000 then it is not worth it. I hope BIMAL management is noticing this trend and dont take customers for granted.

Atleast after paying high bill amount the service was also not satifactory. i would never recommend any person to visit this place herr after

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute frauds/cheats. They send an estimate for 9k and ask for approval. They present you with 17k bill + 1.5k outside the bill charges. The service advisor is Alex , refused to take payment in card insisted I pay(19k) using UPI to his own personal number what kind of service is this. I called Bimal customer care to complaint, they said they'll get back it's 4 days already no one bothered. Please avoid Bimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of thieves and Meddlers.. I gave my car for bumper replace. There was no charge sheet taken at the first place. I was asked to just leave the car.. While I got the car delivered, the beads which was put on car seat was cut and my car phone holder was stolen, also the settings in my audio system was completely changed. Poor response from the in-charge and the manager. They are even least bothered to apologise for their mistake.
Also, while I gave for repair, the hazard light was glowing. Which there were least bothered to even notice. But, very promptly I received call asking if I need oil change and service to be done. And interior cleaning was done for a serviced clean car.

Service charge and material spare cost also high due to this pandemic situation. But car condition changes to mint. Nice service. If you are ask they will give complementary ?. While taking service record everything in digital. If any changes and updates in service. they will call back immediately
