★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Given my astar car for service, took four days for small work. Charged huge amount. They wil charge extra for card payment. Google pay or phone pay only accepted. Total bad experience.

Issue - a rat bitten wire.
Charged me humongous amount and the issue was not even fixed. They put on a black tape on a (clearly) bitten wire instead of changing it. Ultimately looked for another centre and they claimed that Bimal Auto Agency charged me for nothing.
To save your time and money, please look for another service centre.

The entire experience was coordinated with attendant Sindhu on WhatsApp.
Also, all cars are in great condition instructors are really good. They taught reversing, parallel parking, slope driving really well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last service was worst. Car was delivered to me with chewing gum on the front glass and wiper. And the Anti rust coating was done very badly. I can see the black pain drop on the body of the car. Will it be fixed by service centre??

It is a service center where they take care of the driving lessons. The instructor is very good and has a lot patience. Overall, driving lessons was a great experience
