He responded to all my queries. He made sure I dont miss out any feature offered in xuv300 and explained about the driving dynamics as well. Overall nice interaction both with vechile and showroom. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Xuv 300 from some other dealer however they were delaying it. Then I called PPS Mahindra and asked for availability of Xuv 300. Got a call from mr sarnawaz and booked. Surprisingly I got my vehicle within a week of booking. Really thanks to mr. Gino and sarnawaz for the smooth delivery process and explaining all the features .
Will definitely recommend other people to visit the church street showroom and any booking related enquiries. Thanks a lot sarnawaz and mr Gino.

Right from the initial quotation to delivery the process was smooth and during the process I even spoke to their GM who was kind enough to provide me the best quote possible and explained every aspects clearly . Sameer and Arafath assisted me right from booking to delivery and Dayanand was superb helpful during the vehicle delivery . I must appreciate the excellent service provided by each and every PPS staffs in Church street branch . I would highly recommend you to go with PPS motors . One thing I liked about their service is transperancy , they provided clear breakdown of vehicle cost and unlike other dealers in Bangalore they didn't try to sell unnecessary additional services . Happy with service and they definitely deserve 5 ? rating.
