This is regarding my Bike NOC which applied on 3rd Feb 2018 and as per officers request i have submitted the NOC form Commissioner of Police Bangalore ( Receipts and NOC attcahed).
I have submitted this application in Kasturi Nagar RTO office and original RC also taken by the officer with Envelope ( address for sending the NOC).
Its being 4 month but still we have not received the NOC , I am trying calling the Kasturi Nagar RTO office but no one is picking call for same .

I am really hopeless now with RTO Kasturi Nagar system .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I am trying to contact since 15 days no body will pick phone, even the gnanabharathi RTO office also experience the same. I don't know whether the office is in existence or not . How to contact office because it not possible to contact due to carona.
