★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Functional Bus-stand that has been ever improving. The facility is by and large clean. Barring the fact that the shops on platform overprice the place is friendly to commuters. One can avail services of Airavat, KIAL, SETC (Tamilnadu), APSRTC, and some BMTC services. I'd rate this ahead of most public bus facilities across India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the major bus stops that provides connections to both local places (mostly to Majestic/Kempegowda Bus station) and distant places including connectivity to main cities of other states and here we can find buses of other state transport corporations namely Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu. Inside this there is only one ATM of Karnataka Bank and you can find other banks' ATMs near KH Road/Double Road Bus stop. There are few reservation counters for bus tickets booking, there is seating availability for waiting of distance traveling passengers and the space of the other floors above the bus stop are alloted for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large bus stand with different types of bus for different places ..As a bus stand it serves it's purpose well, there is no doubt in it. But when it comes to amenities like good drinking water and clean restrooms, waiting area or waiting hall, there is no hope for them here. This is where it proves that even though it is in the Bangalore city, Silicon Valley of India, it's still in India. Just like the most public places ignored once they have been operational, there is no maintenance at all.
Like the BMTC Kioski, water dispenser machine and many more..
