★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangalore to sivagangai bus is very old, dirty, not allow us to keep our luggage in luggage area. Instructions to keep near our sleepper seat...very bad. Non ac they charge 900 rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our travel between palani to Bangalore was horrible, rude staff in palani office, arrogant bus staff, bus started and halted for dinner in palani for 45 minutes , we had a big trolley which cannot be kept on upper berth, though I requested to keep it in the luggage area, they resisted and I have to keep my leg over the luggage all night. dear srs guys if you are watching this review, change the staff or customer's will change alternatives bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very horrible experience. we traveled to Velankanni on 21/04/22. The second driver completely had no knowledge of the route to velankanni. he was guided by a passenger through google map. Later we were taken all around inside the villages of thiruvaroor, namakkal and interior area of more villages. The bus was supposed to reach by 8 and with so many kids in the bus hungry and tired the merciless driver was taking us on a village trip and we reached by 9.15 only. we thought universal was worst in timings and booked in SrS now SRS turned to be more worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus travels are now not as comfortable as before, since covid. They try to get by with minimum accessories. No longer do you get the water bottle, pillow or blanket. The ac is never switched on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic travel experience with SRS, traveled in AC Sleeper from Bangalore seats are subclass and really bad sleeping experience. Bus was 3 hours late to the destination, and NO amenities are provided (no water bottles, blankets, charging socket)
Dinner hault was at 12 in the night, where I boarded the bus 6ish.
Staff behavior is really bad, bus is haulted for 2.5hours to load the parcels. Really bad pickup location description, when called they directed 2KM away from the actual point had to hurry back and search for the location.
They are more concerned of parcels over passengers. literally no safety protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a bus stand close by where you can get refreshments if you've arrived early for your bus. There is a good number of chairs for passengers to wait till their bus arrives. Toilets were there too. It was usable and looked like it was cleant daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently came to shantinagar waiting station for travel. my elderly parents had to travel, there is no restroom at all. For so much that we pay for the fare such Basic amenities has to be taken care of.
