★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would give then less than 1 star..these guys are the absolute worst, when it comes to servicing.
I placed an order, which I cancelled later and they now say that the refundable amount is forfeited!!
Yes, they may have this on the website as T&C, but how can you take almost a 1000 Rs as advance, and forfeit the whole amount? Forex needs are dynamic and people may cancel..
And to talk about their rates!!! they claim the rates they offer are the best..don't be fooled, and check with your own bankers, I guarantee you will get at least 5% better rates for any currency..
I lost a thousand bucks, strongly suggest you stay away from them.google review rating of less than 1.5 reflects the same, I only wish I had seen this before I placed the order..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. If you don't trust online selling currencies. Set up a callback. They will come and collect the foreign currency and then online transfer you the amount at best exchange rate - the pick up person will only leave once the amount is credited to your account

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mr. Sunny Rohilla, for the excellent service he provided me on Monday 12th July 2021.
Mr. Sunny Rohilla helped me to sort out my doubts about book my forex after I read a lot of bad google reviews about book my forex. I have been in-touch with him since last week.
Mr. Sunny Rohilla was very helpful and went out his way to help me with this huge amount of transfer. In these days with a lot of scams happening I was really doubtful. I was in two minds whether to do the transfer with you guys or go to the bank. But Mr. Sunny Rohilla reassured me in every way possible with this transfer of 1,16,00,000/-(One crore sixteen lakh). He was patient enough to help me see the difference of pricing and has been with me through the entire process. My wife received the Euros 125000/-(after conversion) on Wednesday 14th July 2021 and I received my booking amount of 1 lakh on 15th July 2021.
Not a rupee was held by you guys I appreciate that.
Having a good advisor like this is indeed very good for the company. If you have more advisors like him in your company I’m sure book my forex would turn out to be a great company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting information took a lot of time and effort as they don't call/ don't respond to calls. Information about axis bank cards not stated in their website. They didn't load on time. They didn't load my card for 5 days. They wouldn't respond to my calls. No emails with updates. Finally I got it done directly from the bank. They give slightly better rates but it's not worth my peace of mind and most importantly if I hadn't gotten it done directly from the bank, I would travel without money. Maybe their service is better in tire 1 cities (I havemo clue), but in Goa I had a really poor experience.
Money is not the only parameter. I'd happily pay little more for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience taking forex card with them, they will take money your money, will never bother to load the request currency or activate your card.
Their customer care service even worst, you have to wait for 20-30 min to get connected with agent and they will repeat the same story everytime you call them. If you love you money and time, don't book you card with them, they might give you lucrative exchange rate but the effort and time you have to spent with them is not worth.
Take wise decision.

2. You need to remind them regularly that they need to do something about the order placed
3. Poor call or chat service— they’ll only give false service
4. Even after delaying by 4-5 days, they’ll avoid to cancel the txn and refund your deposit money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Not only i lost my refundable deposit but also my energy and peace of mind. I sent them several mails and calls but they never responded. I should have checked the reviews before dealing with this bogus business. Please beware of these fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust the company with your money. This is one of the worst fintech forms out there. They neither provide timely service nor they refund the money on time. On top of it they even charge 2% for cancellation. I had to spend 5 hrs on phone to cancel my order and get my money back which was not processed in first place. Most broken user journey ever. Please don't trust. You are better off with a forex card from your own bank.
