★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nursing service is not at all satisfactory specially at night. No one bother about patient for which I lost my father. While he was alive he used to tell that no one fetch a glass of water at night. He has to wait for someone to wake up which is too pathetic and painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing marketting stratergy....buying good doctors to encash their buzz into business.Then embezzling in the bill like they kept our patient for less than 3 hours (not even a night )in the cabin and then when the general bed was vacant they shifted the patient to general promising they will charge only for the general bed.However they charged for whole day in cabin.However we did not question it.Later just to get the mediclaim when we needed the specific declaration of this unbalanced bill they humiliated n came down to shouting.Be aware of this gimmick....not at all consumer friendly...not reliable ...neither cost effective....but read the first line that's only + point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in this world...if u want your patient to have a life and live please don't take them to this hospital. They want to rb people of their money... I have seen my uncle who is presently in ICU and they are creating a situation so that we cannot take the patient home. If this goes on then it will be very difficult and if the hospital owner(s) are literate enough then they will read this review and work as per their ethics otherwise the hospital should be blacklisted because hospitals are for treatment and not for killing people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses and sisters were good and very caring. But, the receptionist and billing department were horrible - rude, totally incompetent, impolite and lacked basic sense. They do not realize that they are in a public service department and the way they speak and behave is pathetic to say the least. I will never go back there, nor will I advise anyone to go there even though I do not have any complains against the nurses and sisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour is very rude. Staffs are very careless and doesn't take care of any critical patient's. Facilities services are very poor doctors aren't punctual they doesn't arrived timely. Worst services are provided by vinayak hospital. I hate thier facilities. Totally wastage of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean nursing home, have proper facilities TV, customer help desk, they also have a temple for worshipping and also visitors waiting area has proper ventilation and fans to keep it cool and seating arrangements, but unfortunately they don't have there own bloodbank hence any blood or platelet requirements have to be handled by the patient's family.
