★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice phlebo Minakshi Gupta I have found in Dunlop center. Her behaviour and work is very nice and after Prithish Samanta came in charge of Dunlop center it has reached in a star level. I wish good going of Surakha so that people get good services from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried so hard to get appointment via suraksha what's app no but it even after 24 hrs appointment was not booked. And their call center no is pathetic as no one cares to pick. Not at all customer care friendly. They set a very low benchmark for customer support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional stuff i have ever seen before. Try to avoide this lab, specially this Dunlop branch. I was booked three RTPCR home collection over phone, at booking time they told they collect sample as earliest on next day. But they delayed the whole process without any previous intimation. Even the phone no of phlebotomist(collection assistance) was switch off. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic center. So lazy employees. The Reception people think it's a picnic spot. It took 1 hour to get billing done for 3 customers with 3 employees at the billing counter. Even the watchman is so lazy. He informed us about token system around 15 minutes after we arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presently Worst service, in the reception(extremely slow).Do not understand the value of time of the patient. Early years it was not like that. Management should take care of it. Now I think twice before going to this diagnostic centre. I have gone through all the reviews and found a few positive comments ,
those patient may be lucky and exceptional. But most patients are experiencing bad related to the receptionist.
