★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever. Came here for an USG. My Time was 10:00 am. I was on time. But the Honorable dr. Mr. Sabyasachi Chakraborty came on 11:00 am. I was full with water in my stomach. The pressure was too high. But the doctor was only concerned about his own. Going outside & calling continuously. It's the worst experience ever. I'll never come for any check ups to Lakhotia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may kill a person with their misguiding reports. Doctor prescribed me to do specialized pregnancy test through urine. In this test, they have to report categorically beta hCG and report other parameters. They took 400 rupees for this not 60 rupees for reporting positive or negative. They are frawden me. I can produce report of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, I have done Urine beta hCG test from here at Sunday's, because they said to deliver next day 8am and failed to deliver the report on time, and we missed an appointment with a doctor. Moreover they took 400 rupees for quantitative test but deliver the report with whole sample test. written positive or negetive. No graphs of instrumnt HPLC was delivered. I bet, they test it via a kit not in that high precision instrument. This whole sample test took 60 rupees in other path labs. Pathetic service, should be penalized. They said they are NABL accredited institutions, but we must say that certificate must be purchased one.

Caretaker misbehaved with Doctor and patients waiting outside and switched off the lights to make them go outside from centre. He was badly shouting on the doctor as well as the patients. Is this a behaviour expected from a medical centre....?
Very unprofessional guys.... thinking themselves as owner.... sooooo rude.....
Need the contact details of the OWNER or the MANAGER IN-CHARGE of Lakhotia uttarpara branch.
May he could feel the same.... with a patient... thrown outside by someone else like him.

Like the appointment given to us was 1p.m. and Doctor arrives at 3p.m.
Also unprofessional staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bitter experience. I've got a very rude and unprofessional behavior by the morning shift receptionist Sreeparna Sen. Even my mother was fasting and she's patient of high pressure, my mother could've get a heart attack. (This incident happened on 21/10/21). I'm never going there again if she stays in the same branch. She don't knows how to deal with patients and customers.She didn't even apologized. She does it with many patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to improve their service and infrastructure. They take critical patients for testing from nearby hospitals but dont have a wheelchair chair or wheelchair accessible entry. They dont have house keeping staffs or helpers and expects patient party to take care of everything on their own.
