★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling from last two days for getting an appointment for a skin doctor , executive are not picking up the call. All executive are busy even holding call for half an hour.
Worst service ever received from suraksha .
During vaccination also service were not satisfactory . Behaviour of staff and vaccinating lady ia not at all polite to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suraksha Dunlop is a mess. I had twice very worst experience with this Diagonostic center. They have very inefficient stuff on front desk who are doing billing. They are taking very long to bill. I need to wait at least 1-1.5 hrs for billing. Next is Diagonostic or test which took another 2 -2.5 hours. Surprise not ended. Manager is also unable help you there. Less staff and poor service. So better to find alternatives if you have this kind of requirement. Save your time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever diagnostic centre in and around kolkata. They can put you in huge problem. Never pickup your phone, nor they will call you back. Terrible service. If you are doing three or four tests, youay have to visit there 8 or 9 times to get the report. Just avoid this center. You will be punished hard by these puny creatures. Worst...it can't be worst than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst facility I have visited. Went for covid jab. I had an appointment at 12.30pm, but got the vaccine at 4pm!!!!! Incompetent staff!! Beware!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst facility . No management . Waited for 2 hours for Covid vaccinations on 29.08.21 with prior appointment than left. The lady who was in charge on that day was very unprofessional and don't have any control over the situation. Intentionally make customer wait for hours during this Covid pendamic is a unacceptable offence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of staffs becoming worst, However i am surprised to see that a sweeper transfer urine sample from collection pot to serum vial prior to testing by tilting. Collection centre should have some pipettes atleast some droppers. In xray room male radiologist do all xray irrespective of male and female. I am becoming regular customer of suraksha since 2015, thiking alternative options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is situated in a very prominent place. This is open since 6 am. You can book an appointment before the day you go. But you can book it on the day itself. You may need a prescription but if you don't have or if you forget to take that you may need to give a declaration on that. Doctors are available in polyclinic. The hospitality they provide is really remarkable. You can get your job done in a single counter help desk. Ample space, good sitting arrangement, totally air conditioned. Thy even provide service to your doorstep if you have inabilities. This place has nice washroom. You can get the reports within 8 pm on the same day. The only problem here is there's no parking space. Otherwise this is an authentic diagnostic centre, most of the doctors recommend this one..
