Love it too much.. specially its sunday brownie is jst lip licking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an advance order with Binge Bakery DLF phase 1 branch, for an order to be delivered after 2 days. And due to Holi i wasn't able to make the instant payment as was expected but never communicated by the staff. On the day of delivery this guy from Binge tells me that my order is cancelled as i didn't make payment instantly. Well this is not my first time i have ordered inadvance at this place. Everytime i make the payment the order is delivered. However this guy never ever informed me about this "company policy" he was bragging about....and neither was he ready to share the contact number of the owner to appraise the wonderful customer service these guys have. Having no sensitivity towards customer service is definitely gonna doom the business. I hope this post is read by Eddie Singh who happens to be the owner and someone who is non approachable incase something needs to be reported. Today business scenario is changing and people who have no transparency in business and clarity towards business ethics are the worst people to deal with. I would never ever want to have this kind of dreadful experience where I have guests coming to my place and on the day I am told "your order is cancelled". Really pathetic attitude of the entire management. Kiryana stores are managed as compared to this bakery!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the quality and the service of the place the taste and overall great but one think I would like to point are the prices which often makes me buy Less because they are still pretty high comparing to my favourite bakery
But still for the price it's worth it the only thing expensive here are the pastries.Resst everything is priced fairly good like a choco crosso for 100 is great with the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a soft truffle cake for my brother’s bday and the cake was really really bad. It wasn’t fresh and tasted tangy. The inner layers of the cake also looked stale. I have been ordering from Binge for quite few years and didn’t expect this. Your quality has definitely degraded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pastries and cakes shop in Qutub Plaza Great place to Binge on esp when it comes to cakes pastries chocolates and breads. Most interesting are the chocolate eclairs and the cheese cakes . With Christmas around this is a definite take out place for cakes and pastries. We have also ordered from here and love the timeliness of their delivery staff.
