★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at so initial stage. The requiter lacks communication skills. (You learn to be polite on call) You are not the only job makers on earth like you pretend. Seems that she's not happy with the job she's doing. P.S Quit immediately.
On one phone call I decided not to join the company or even appear for an Interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The compensation is good to lure you inside of a treacherous nightmare of dirty minded coworkers and an incompetent and passionless culture.
No work life balance. Extended shifts and working weekends with no extra pay. Poor infrastructure of the office premises. Buggy product with an outdated tech-stack and multiple compliance breaches No cross departmental transparency. Upper management not approachable and hind-sighted. Incompetent and novice mid level management. No retention plans and the company is actually bleeding out in cancellations. Old mules and inefficient co-workers. New ideas and opportunities are boycotted No one knows nothing and the entire support team including the management is a great hack. Favouritism and flattery prevails. No co-ordination between the on site and offsite processes. Amateur process and protocols. Misbehaving management with no knowledge and experience. A culture of victim playing and flattery prevails and there's hardly any team spirit. Hostile environment for women and a strictly male dominated work environment. Working here is a nightmare. Choose only if you too want to be a part of a passionless brain dead crowd caring only to take money and run back home.
Advice to Management
Fire those incompetent mid level management or keep suffering cancellations And yes, the next time you delete this review I'm going public on a broader scale. If you wanna have a conversation instead of applying cheap tactics like deleting reviews I'm open to it. You managed to enrage one of the high performing team members, someone who actually could have done something to change the joke the support team is as of now. Don't be under the impression that that employee's gonna stay silent and not help in preventing other folks to become victims of the same. And let's not even start talking along the lines of the multiple compliance breaches the product support is doing across the major verticals of this LOB.
