★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdfc conduct interviews for sales and mis profile but the candidate who cleared all round they don't get job but who have reference they got placed.I want to know why you call youngest for interview if candidate get placement with reference,why u waist money and time of job seeker.Hey hdfc I got place in mnc ok but here I will never take the service of hdfc and my friend and family also never take the service of hdfc bank.I hate hate hate u Hdfc .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good services. Located on Golf Course road. Parking becomes a bit problematic. Underground parking available for only staff. Very good Italian and other restaurants are closeby. The Golf Course road has many offices like American Express, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Hero. The bank is walking distance from Rapid Metro Sector 53. Though it gets a bit tough to get auto for ride if you do not want to share. Haggle well for auto fare if you are coming from Sikanderpur metro station.

Ever since 1 nov. The people relation managers mohit and aakansha and the customer service itself did not help me.
With covid I am advised not to go out. I AM LOST TO FIND A SOLUTION TO SUBMIT MY LIVE CERTIFICATE .
VERY SAD HDFC HAS DISAPPOINTED ME THOUGH I HAVE MY 3 ACCOUNTS IN HDFC BANK FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big time FRAUDSTERS.
Didn't process request to close my credit card well in time and finally charged annual fee. When I requested for fee reversal, I got reply 'Fee can only be reversed after card closer'. I never understood this concept that what is the benefit of fee reversal if my card is already closed. Finally I closed my card to avoid any more fraud from bank side. Lolzz after card closer, I got text msg that fee has been reversed on your card.
HDFC ko aise reversals apne backyard me daal lene chahiye.

No management in this company they force there junior employees to come office in injury. They want leave letter when they want leave. This is college or school they want leave letter. Please work on your management and give training to your senior employee how to treat with freshers. Specially mister anurag Shrivastav

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company helped me to get an account in HDFC and they handed over a kit which includes debit card also. A platinum card. You need to set the new PIN for that within 2 months otherwise you need to go to their branch to do the same and that is why I visited this branch if Rohini Sector 7. The outside ambience of the branch is little narrow and you need to ask someone about the branch. Wheelchair accessible entrance is there and branch entrance is nice. The staff is nice as they will assist you properly to solve your concern. You can take help from anyone in the branch, everyone is having a decent behaviour. This is located on the main road of Rohini sector 7.
