★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service quality....took 3 months to open basic demat acct. Relationship managers not sensitive. Bank manager go back to their committments at most times. They have made lockers as a pure business linked to investment...aka selling lockers. They need to improve big time. I am closing all my accts with them. Thanks for the terrible experience.
