★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder people who have given 5 star rating have ever dealt with them as they r a bunch of unprofessional people. Once they sell u a property, and you have to get ur refund back from them, they stop taking your calls.
The owner Mr shekhar Anand will do all kind of promises before selling and just when you need something, he won’t even pick your calls and all you listen from his subordinates that he is too busy.
And man to take your refund back from them is a nightmare. It took me almost 1 year and gazillion calls with more than half times they not picking my calls and other times giving a date in next month. It looked like I was taking a loan from them instead of me asking for my own money.
I would never suggest to buy a property through them. I have taken a loan to buy my property at DLF and am paying more interest because of they not paying the refund amount.
