★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a raised a concern with this bank regarding my documents on May 16th and while I am writing this review my simple concern has completed a month time.
This has happened every time you asked them for any documents, even if its a statement they take at least 5 reminders and a month time, Only the CEO escalation has left in my case, so far no response.
Don't put your money at risk and avoid any services ,as your documents will be in wrong hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go for IDFC Bank even if u go then avoid this branch as no one is helpful all was being rude unprofessional. Specially there sales agent always push to covert the sales but not giving giene and correct information. Being missold VikasChoudhary he is from sales team from that branch he wanted to talk to me only and said we have to open account with 25000 minimum balance then next month onwards can easily maintain 10000 no problem.Later found this was wrong information given which was a night mare. Raised complaint no outcome received.
