Birkenstock understands that people should always have something to do and they want to do something about that. So if you want to resolve an issue with them they will take you on for a very memorable experience filled with passion and long lasting hate relationship. They will make sure that your issue isn’t resolved quickly but, they will make you think it will so your life is full of suspense! Good-bye old lame boring life! You will have someone to call everyday and talk to them passionately about how you want this to end and just want a refund but they will put extra effort to make sure that you spend at least 1-2 hours trying to reach someone at the customer care! What a thoughtful company! I was very worried how to pass time during this lockdown but this cat-mouse chase courtesy of birkenstock customer service made sure my whole lockdown of 4month period was filled with suspense, drama, anger, optimism! Thank you birkenstock!!
