★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken a cancer shield plan. Customer care cannot guide on claim procedure.. Chembur branch lethargic attitide. Last 3 days calling to find how claim to be filed. No response. No call back even after leaving number. Surgery completed but no urgency to communicate to customer. Also have had bad experience everytime on service related requests. Too rigid compliances which keep changing frequently. Unfriendly after sales service.

They didn't give a single penny saying that there was no need for hospitalization
