I found him technically sound on the FEMA regulations, critical and pragmatic in approach and going always full length to sort out and settle the references made by clients. Several times he has pursued cases in FEMA with RBI relentlessly, undaunted by initial refusals or setbacks and finally succeeding in obtaining approvals by steering good logic and understanding of regulations and efficient presentation before RBI officials.
