Ordered food at 9:30PM , they promised to delivery at 11:00PM, I waited till 11:30. order not received called them to cancel the order as because after 12:00 I had to fast and can not consume chicken biryani on my fasting. They promised twice to cancel the order but the order was not canceled. finally in the third call which was around 11:50 they cancelled the order by that time I had nothing to eat nor have the time prep something to eat. Such a fraud they are. Please be aware of them. I am out of words to express my frustration. because of them I had to stay hungry whole night and the very next day.

Amazed by the presentation while delivery!
I ordered-
? 1/2 kg chicken biryani - Served in a mutka with dum. Royal in taste and perfect cooked. In case you want to heat it up for later consumption, the biryani mutka is served with a extra pot with candles in it. This is a crazy idea.
? Mutton galouti - Soft galouti, 6 pieces packed in a box.
? Ulte tawe Ka Parantha - large parantha. Goes well with galouti.
? 1/2 kg phirni - Perfect dessert feast after you have a bbk biryani. A special rice phirni, rich in taste, authentic making! ❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fraud...it's a scam ... ordered 1 kg biryani but the quantity was only 2 plates...normally 6 people eat in 1kg biryani..and of all i ordered hyderabadi dum biryani..but I got normal dum biryani...i think these people don't know only what is hyderabadi biryani...n taste was also not good...very bad experience....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of third class delivery service, which is not even completed.
I ordered one biryani through zomato app at 9:12 Pm and its showing 10:44 ETA as they are using own delivery service due to bad weather or some other reasons.
After that i was contacting them continuously for order follow up they keep on saying it will tk another 10 another 15 min and by 11:40 PM when I called delivery person he said that I am in chembur n my bike is not starting.
My only request if you're having issue with order delivery immediately update to customer. I personally not recommend anyone to order biryani late night from you.
Luckily I ordered through zomato so got complete refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously worst experience ever, should never order from here, Ordered at 1.30 and received at 3:40..that too received completely different biryani!! They don't answer calls, they give lame excuses like order was ready, there was nobody to deliver.. Seriously pathetic.
Wrong order after this delay.. Also very bad taste and less quantity.
Do not waste your time on this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tried Biryani from Biryani by kilo. They have innovative way to serve biryani. They serve Biryani in Handi. They provide Aanch with it so you can heat up handi and enjoy hot biryani.
So I ordered Hyderabadi Veg Biryani. They served it in Handi. It was great experience to have such amazing biryani in such unique way. Rice was of fine quality and quantity wise it was good enough for 3-4 persons.
Taste was mind blowing.

Best. It was served in Handi as well. It had creamy gravy with freshly made Paneer pieces. Spices were so perfect that you won't find it less or more spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biryani by Kilo is one of my favourite outlets for ordering kebabs and biryanis.
Delivery was on time and food was packed properly.
Haleem – Mutton is slow cooked with pounded wheat along with the perfection of traditional spices. Texture of curry was thick as expected and went well with roomali roti.
Chicken Biryani - Had chicken biryani which was aromatic and tasted fresh and yum.
Mutton Pepper Fry - Mutton was succulent and melted in mouth. It was spiced well and cooked to perfection. This went well with Ulte tawa ka paratha. This is a must with all my BBK orders. MUST TRY!!
Phirni - BBK serves best phirni!! Consistency is thick and topped with nuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, some guest had arrived with out any notice. They were the biryani lovers. Hence we decided to order from Biryani by KILO. The delivery was quick and packing was extra ordinary. Along with the food they provided hand cleanser. This shows the management care towards our safety in covid.
We ordered:
Rara Mutton Biryani: BBK is the pioneer of fresh dum cooked handi biryani. For every order they serve you the freshly cooked Biryani. Long grained basmati rice was dum cooked with mutton, spices in a sealed handi. It was served with continental candle and a clay stand to pre heat the biryani. It was also served with gravy and rita. It was very delicious.
Mutton Galouti Kebab: Galouti means the things that melts in the mouth and that is what this kebab did in our mouth. The minced lamb meat was marinated in a mixture prepared by grinding ginger, garlic, coconut, cloves, cinnamon and red chillies. It was served with green chutney and onions. It was so yummy that it simply vanished from our plates quickly.
Matka Phirni: Phirni is one of the most famous dish of Hyderabad. It is a classy dessert made with finely ground rice, gently simmered in a sweetened milk mixture and allowed to set. It was served in an earthen pot. It was tasty.
Overall it was liked by all of us. A reliable and safe source to order out when in need or when you want to eat quality biryani. Do order out from your nearest outlet.
