After 9hours of order placement I received a sms stating out for delivery & a phone number. Which was false. There was no delivery.
Their customer call number will show as busy at almost any hour you call.
Appropriate to use RO system at home.
For retail B2C segment, Bisleri does not the have the right support and channels setup.
Their website and order system is good and fancy, but at end of the day they don’t deliver. Thanks
Updates- my ticket raised was closed after a call the water will be delivered. 6 hours over — no delivery. Amazing !
Latest : 2 days over and no delivery- ended up canceling the order .
