★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No commitment on delivery. First they will pester you with calls to come and book. After that they'll keep you in waiting for ever. They will quote the highest price in Kolkata and still they don't deliver.
They don't even receive calls promptly. Thrice they postponed the delivery of my bike and kept me in waiting for a month. If they can't deliver they should inform before hand. Wasted my time unnecessarily.

Coincidentally I have been trying to get iqube for a long time. Apparently this is the only store that had ready stock. In less than 48 hours the product was delivered at my doorstep. Hassle free purchase is at universal. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to inform you that I went to above mentioned TVS showroom to book a 2 wheeler at your authorized dealer.After entering the showroom me and my wife both enquired for jupiter zx smart connect scooter.We both were very satisfied with the product.I my self is having Suzuki gs150r bike with Gujrat registration but included in west bengal RTO which I wanted to exchange with the new product as mentioned earlier and asked for valuation.After just looking at the bike which is well conditioned and running smoothly valued as Rs 5000/- only.I simply asked for the reason the person said it there wish and valued like this.Now I realize the only the saleswoman is wearing an uniform rest 10 people at the shop are without uniform without id tags.They keep on agrueing with me and behaved rudely without any negotiation.After some heated talks it was understood that your shop is full of DALALS.There is limited number of Employee that you could not afford and filled your shop with uneducated Dalals to deal with the customer.
So,therefore you should be ashamed with your policies that you cannot afford any employee at your shop instead you have allowed some Dallas to deal with the customer.I will not recommend any customer to have TVS 2-wheeler atleast from from UNIVERSAL TVS address stated above.
TVS YOU SHOULD BE SHAMEFULL FOR YOUR POOREST QUALITY OF CUSTOMER HANDLING ABILITY AND KEEPING DALALS INSTEAD OF QUALIFIED EMPLOYEE.

I'm not blaming the Showroom but I blame the company.
Without any notice, They stopped the production of Apache Series.. I felt bad for the showroom that they refunded me my ₹5000 in exchange of the booking of Apache 160 4v Special Edition..
TVS is doing worst nowadays
.
And guys you know. What they did to me?.. I gave an honest review regarding the company and showroom and the showroom manager including the salesman called me and told me to remove my review and give 5stars..lol..such a bad gesture towards the customers.. I shifted to BAJAJ. And i prefer you guys also shift to bajaj, they are doing absolutely good job
