β β β β β Battery is not giving desired milege. only 30-35 km running with full charge, which should be 65 km as per co's commitment. service center also harassing, they are telling to drop the scooty at least 1 day for checking battery, after that they will do something, which is very difficult for me to kept the vehicle for 1 day as I use it to go to my office.

False commitment
Didn't stick their words.I was booking hs500 dual battery Scotty on the price 77073k after subsidy and they collect cheque from me, but after a while they return and they offered me new hike price and told me to pay 82 k and show me the new false price chart and in front of my eye they sell my booked scotty in more than 2000 rupees on my booking price and casually say to me sorry Sir
I was never ever seen on this type of cheater and .....
I will humbly request to the costumers don't go to this place
I don't understand this is a hero authorities sell shop or Fish Market

β β β β β I am a purchaser of Hero Electric Flash LI Red from Mexx World in the month of April 2021...They are not providing hardly no service under warranty,their service means only to wash dirty from vehicles...rather at the time of service they don't tights the nuts and screw as well...my speedometer is not working properly,it's not showing battery drops down while kilometers running,speedometer showing full battery, while originally charge drops and the vehicle stop moving.
But according to Mexx World we have to calculate the kilometer runs by vehicle,speedometer will not show us any reading....WE ARE ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED ON HERO ELECTRIC SCOOTER, AND ONLY BECAUSE OF MEXX WORLD CHEATING...Mexx World is representing Hero Electric Scooter as a bad company with no service warranty...Mexx World not only cheating with customers but they are also harmful for a good and reputated brand like Hero Electric

β β β β β I am really pleased by purchasing my first electric scooter from Mexx at New Alipore. The sales team provided excellent customer service and was on time delivering Hero Atria. After buying I had a service issue and contacted Mr. Joy the Service Manager and I was delighted by the efficient way he handled the situation and most important his puntuality. He has the best Customer Service skills I have rarely come across. We need more Service Managers and human beings like Mr. Joy and as he is appropriately named by his parents, he is definitely a joy to work with and most importantly, he will get it done no matter what it takes. Once again thank you Joy from the core of my heart, keep spreading the joy in the world rather the negatitivity we come across so often in this world. Uttaran Bhattacharyya, Thakurpukur.
