★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to Samirs for my Dominar 400 servicing for the first time. Was quite impressed by the work they have done including the Teflon Quote. All my problems were attended. But they refused my AMC Card of Bajaj Auto.

Quite decent place for bike service... My 1st experience in this place is mind-blowing. They promised me to deliver my bike with in 12pm but they done it before time... I'm so setisfy with this service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get the second free service done on my bike. I reached at around 9:30 am on a Saturday and the place was quite empty. They took up my job after a few minutes. There was minimal paperwork involved and everything was to the point.
I described all the problems which I was facing with my bike in detail. The person in charge of my job took the bike for a spin and told me a few more problems with it, which was previously never pointed out or addressed as a "feature" in another service center.
The staff was quite knowledgeable and were eager to provide the best service. Animesh, the person who was in charge and Sanjeet who did the servicing were both humble, polite and dedicated. Unlike other big service centers of Bajaj, here, I was able to watch the work being done from quite a close distance. The service was carried out in detail, something which I had no idea coming from my experiences at the other big service center. The foam washing done was at a different level as they opened up the bike's seat and side panels and made sure to reach every nook and corner.
The problems were solved to my satisfaction and the bike is up and running, better than new. I am impressed by the quality of the service. The place may be small and tucked away in an unknown corner, but the humble behaviour and the flagship service with attention to detail is well enough to make up for it.
I hope that this service center stays like this and I would recommend to everyone who wants to get their Bajaj bike serviced.
Bonus: They also provide foam washing and teflon coating for all kinds of bikes regardless of the brand. The foam washing costs ₹100 and is so worth it.
Update: So I had a problem with my bike's throttle body. Samir da and his team took the matter to the highest priority. The parts were not available due to lockdown and they kept me informed of any progress. They finally sourced the part at another service center and assisted me in getting it replaced within warranty. These days no one gives a second thought about customers after they leave the premises. But these guys kept at it despite all the challenges, until the problem was solved. I am so happy that such a service center exists.
