★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Services. Govt. Organizations works better than Bisleri. Its been 3 days of placing the order, i have not received it. have been calling the customer care, writing to mail id wecare@bisleri but no reply getting from them. they simply raise the ticket, close as per their convenience. just assure you we are arranging call back but received any call back . Horrible experience and services. Guys please please don't ever place order from them. Money gone, no order received as well as no call backs. Pathetic!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I paid online for the 20 litre jars but never received my cash refund against the deposit for empty jars. I made a complaint but customer care closed my query without resolving it. The staff are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisleri doorstep delivery: The website has issues, cannot checkout to make payment. The helpdesk keeps giving random suggestions like clear cookies, try different device, and after trying everything they just ignore and close the ticket. The subscription model is a failure if the technical issues are ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst horrible service experienced in this rainy season. I have placed order for bisleri bottles and cans in emergency but after 3 days passed they do not delivered even after so much calling and mailing.
Then today I called another water company and put orders and they delivered within few hours.
And i cancelled all my bisleri orders and after that now they are calling and asking frequently
for the delivery.
Bisleri company services was not like this before , I think now they do not fulfill any committment with the public in this pandemic and bad weather time.
In my opininon I will never recommend anybody to approach bisleri company in emergency and never put orders through website because it will give you mental stress more until it delivers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worked as root agent in bisleri for more than 1 year and left the company due to payment issues. Now 18 months have passed but the final settlement is still pending. Have sent multiple emails for ledger but no one bother to share the ledger n the answer comes that ledger is shared which they never did. Also we tried to visit the office but were not allowed to enter. It is my advice to all root agents and ecom sellers of bisleri to b conscious with this company. The accounts team is one to keep eye on because they don't know there work. I worked for ecommerance deliveries where most of the payments were done by clients online to bisleri n we complete delivery. Now when asked for payment of these deliveries done, ecom team is saying that payment is transferred to rout an rout team is not even bothered to answer. I hope that someone will revert here with some explanation.
