β β β β β Fake and fraud booking outlet. Not a genuine one. Bus seat no. allotted by this outlet was already booked by someone else through redbus and seat already occupied. On confrontation of this fraud the people at this outlet refused to refund money and also didn't solve the issue.

β β β β β I have booked mumbai to Nandurbar ticket many times. Every time they said that sai raj, sai abhishek and sai ram buses are direct buses. But they changed buses at dhule and dhule to Nandurbar that travel will be local bus means took halt at every stop. Birth in sai abhishek is in very bad condition. Very bad service provided...
Again i book travels Mumbai to Nandurbar for my mom senior citizens. Due to heavy rain in Mumbai i have cancelled ticket over the phone and now they are didn't give refund or change the journey date... Lootne ka kam...
