★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked tickets for wife and mother in law with infant travelling and bus was scheduled to travel at 5pm and at 3pm got call bus is cancelled so they booked in another bus.

The above seat numbers were in double seat as per the availability on Make my trip seat and when we got into the bus the person said we have to shift to single eat and cannot allow us to seat on double .. either we shift or cancel the booking and move out of the bus.. we had argument with the bus operator as well as make my trip from were ticket was booked but the bus operator person was rude and dis respectful talking to lady and senior citizens old lady. After long argument these people gave double seat at the last of the bus whereas the tickets was of middle seats. It was too late and only ladies traveling so they had no option and took the last seat and travelling now .
Also bus left from mumbai at 6pm and still its in Kankavali not even rchd Goa border ... disgusting experience.. Bus is Volvo but i guess the normal seater bus are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello guys. . !! Pls never travel from this travels .... specially shri Sai Atmaram travels....I was travelling from Goa to Pune . We paid aoroud 1600 each ticket....we were 3 of us in the bus...we had taken 6 bottles of wine n whisky . Which is allowed by government laws.....there was checking in border in Gagan pavda.. the driver saw us while taking inside....he informed the police that we are carrying it ...police jus saw ur seats.... N checked only our seats . . As police knew us about it....he took us down .. and as we went down ..he dint let us talk..police was giving dhamki n shouting on us.....and this bus guy was not ready to corporate as they had done setting.....so he was jus running away....and in the end we had to keep our bottles n go....these bus people r worst....they can get u stuck any where....biggest chor .....never ever travel from this bus.....they were not ready to wait for 5 mins...n leme talk ...police in end they were trying to hit me.. I had to run n sit in the bus...worst experience in my life.... Make sure this goes to the owner. ... N totally wrong.....it's jus these travels hav their setting with police n they make us stuck n take money also....????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I have booked a trip from Goa to Mumbai on 13.12.2021, it was amazing experience because the bus was ontime at departure as well as at destination.
Seats are very comfortable, Staffs are very cooperative.
All was good and I think it was 5 out of 5 points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst travel experience. The bus arrived 2.5 hours early without any prior notice. We had to run to catch the bus. The driver was very rude he asked us to reach within 15 minutes.

Impolite pathetic drivers. Driver and the accompanying colleagues were drunk.
Bus broke down at Vashi and again at Khalapur. They called a mechanic who had to check and correct all fault codes causing a delay of 5 hours.
