β β β β β A very small shop which acts like a stop for state buses running towards southern part of India. The vicinity is not good and a strict no for solo lady traveler at late evening or night hours to wait for buses. The day time is still ok.

β β β β β Actual intercity bus stop ( Hanuman stop) is about 1 km from here. No nearby places to spend your time. No close eatery. Reach on scheduled time else you have absolutely nothing do around here.

β β β β β It is a small outlet. The name board hangs on a tree. If you any plan to reach this place and sit for a while, sorry! Sit on the footpath. Have any query on the bus? Answer is ready. Check you might have received an SMS, call the customer care.

β β β β β They have very poor customer service. 'Look into your mobile' is the standard answer. There's a small office where two chairs are available for a large crowd waiting, throughout the day, to catch a bus to scores of destinations, in Maharashtra and neighbouring states. Sometimes the buses are late you are left standing for an hour or so. If you are weak for any reason, sorry this is not your mode of travel. This is how they serve you after taking Rupees two thousand five hundred, as it happened in my case.

β β β β β This is worth mentioning. While going to Mumbai it wasn't a pleasant journey. But when coming back this same company with no. 0012 was the best travel I had. It stopped at 2 decent washrooms. I was too sleepy to take that video but here's to the second morning stop that they had.

β β β β β Bus Service is good. Staff took proper care of all the passengers. However they don't have a seating here(Andheri). To catch bus, you would have to wait in scorching sun for the bus at Hanuman Road Bus Stop, 400m away.

Good for nothing agency.
Worst agency to book your tickets with! They claim "WE ARE NOT HERE FOR SERVING THE CUSTOMERS".
Unethical and unprofessional staff. No sense of decency and arrogance at its peak. Moreover they have no seating arrangement in case your bus is delayed which 99% will be and you will be made to just stand along side the road. Never book your tickets with this agency.
