★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience anybody who is planning for a cab or bus please dont reach out to them. They have tie ups with agents and they add that agents fees also in your bill. VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Lights did not work, the cooling of the AC was bad,
There was no cushion for seating on the back, the bus vibrated a lot more than normal.
The rest stops taken in the journey were very mediocre. There are many other good options.
One of the worst bus experiences ever, considering that I was travelling by the reputed neeta volva.
Not at all upto the expectations or even the basic requirements.
One can easily prefer over other bus service providers for the journey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to book your tickets. The worst agents spoiling Neeta's name. The most horrible, unresponsible people.
Don't know how to speak to passengers including Ladies passenger. When trying to speak, they formed a group and threatened the people complaining.
These people should be booked under sections of IPC for being a menance to the society and Neeta should stop hiring these kind of uneducated people. Worst experience with Neeta ever. They lost a customer permanently because of these kind of people. Never ever trust Neeta specially if travelling with Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a horrendous service that it left me completely astounded. I had the absolute nightmare of booking a shared taxi to Pune from here and what followed was a series of events that dissatisfied me deeply. I waited for about 3 hours for that taxi to leave our spot in Mumbai. The driver went back and forth to different places just for the sake of filling up their seats. The bunch of mizers they are, even with 4 people on board they were not ready to leave. After I waited for about 3 hours roaming seamlessly in their taxi their service manager had the audacity to actually fight back with. Worst ever. Please go somewhere else.
