Hinal was very helpful where ticketing was concerned. She got us an excellent fare to Seattle USA.
Sachin and Vivek were both excellent for the Canada as well as US visa. They execute their job thoroughly. And very courteous behaviour.

In fact, I had an emergency back home in India during my stay in Australia, needing the immediate my immediate return. I contacted Riya, Mumbai for help in rescheduling the flights for me and wife. Unfortunately, it was a closed day in India(Holi). But Ms Preeti Mody from Riya worked from home under the guidance of Mr Vineesh Kumar of Riya and got us the confirmed return tickets, including comfortable seat/meal selections ! An excellent experience indeed !
