★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the travel agents can do your visa work ONLY if you buy your ticket or are on a group tour. For a solo traveller like me, I like to custom design my own itinerary. Thus people who wish to meet family friends and travel are stuck with time consuming visa process well, you can get just the visa done through them in case if no other travel agent around can manage it. They can manage to handle passports with care through post and you will be assigned some staff member to communicate all your issues over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had experienced worst service from this travel group, booked a flight through riya travel from India to UK on feb 8th, but unfortunately the flight was cancelled due to covid restrictions, want to rebook the flight for the next available date, but they are asking extra money to rebook, called British Airways customer care regarding this issues, they told you can rebook the flight for next available date for the same price which was booked previously. Discussed with riya travel about this but they are not ready to rebook the flight. I have never seen such a cheating travel agency like this. Worst travel agency. I wouldn't recommend this agency.

Lot of things didn't went our way and in such times communication from Jibin was prompt and precise. Not only he was available at odd hours but his instructions were clear and to the point.
