★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bismillah height is a good skyscape tower in South mumbai opposite JJ hospital. The management of the building is well done. 2 seperate sections for lifts is what I have not seen in any other building in this locality. No one has to wait for lift.
The only issue is location. It is inside a lane. Which makes it harder for a big vehicle to get in and out also there is no parking alloted for small vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive points: Flats are very spacious 2BHK & 4 wheeler lift Parking Facility. Very rare in this area.
Negative points: 1. Most owner's of the flat have the mentality that they have purchased the whole bldg.
2. Lifts are used of China quality Otis coz one lift stops working once every month guarantee out of 4+2 lifts
3. No proper strict rules for cleanliness hence no one follows it.
4. Outsiders mainly street gunda are allowed to park their bikes in the bdg.
5. Maintenance a bit high as compared to no amenities.
6. Amenities is only car parking nothing else.
7. Few people like Guddu, Pappu types are only allowed to rule the bdg rest are just for sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to it's small banquet on first floor. First it is in a very filthy lane. No parking for two wheeler is available let go car. Would recommend you to avoid going there completely. Big building, no infrastructure and typical bhai people. PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE YOUR RELATIVES STAYING THERE OR EVEN IF YOU ARE STAYING THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohh this building in the area of bhindi bazar is amazingggg. It was the first beautiful tower is that area now there are in construction of SBUT. I myself personally lone the entrance of this tower. Feels like to Rich and classy. Also the building's structure at the top of it is like tomb and feels sooo good. Also the area is below the building is mostly crowded but the building is amazing. The view from top is also amazinggg. The building is not sooo tall as compared to the first building of SBUT. But the view is amazing because the following building near Bismillah tower is very small. So the view is amazing till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really close to the main road and in close proximity of all major markets of Mumbai. Lifts are manageable but cannot serve everyone during peak times. Room sizes are decent.
