★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bison Lodge and Museum Pachmarhi in India is associated with Captain Forsyth. Capt. Forsyth is the person who is credited with the discovery of Pachmarhi as a hill station. He came across the place while leading the Bengal Lancers in 1857. The Bison Lodge was built in 1862 as his residence and is now a museum.

However the maintenance part lacks severely...washrooms were pathetic ...not cleaned at all...no water there...no response on the number written there .. moreover there was no electricity when we went so basically we saw the museum with the help of our flashlights. Something needs to be done really...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small museum of British time well maintained, but it is more important for booking office of Rental gypsies to travel around panchmari, because of difficult roads the local drivers are best to take u around, so first thing to do on arriving in panchmari is to book ur vehicle

Also few rides are there outside of this museum .jeep booking and everything is done here . Also tickets for waterfall and different places you can get here .
