★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems with big name comes with big ego and big demands. I applied for TM by myself but got an objection as usually almost every TM applications get. So, I contacted them asking what should I do. They straight way asked me to drop the current TM persuit and start from fresh. They told me in 90% cases proposed to be used mark doesn't get approved and I have almost nil chance to get my TM approved. They also suggested me to go for TM application with "already in use" option. Dishartened by their response thinking my entire money went in drain. I consulted with another IP attorney. Surprisingly he told me that as usual all TM applications get objection. The ground of my objection was so vauge there are higher chances that I will get my TM approved. So, I chose him. I paid 1500 and he filed a reply. After that TM went to published in journal and finally got approved. So, before you fall for the 5 stars and "paid" reviews think twice.
