★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for De. Sudeshna Biswas: Very underwhelming experience. I reached out to seek some help for my mother who is suffering from sudden and severe depression. As I am physically not near her, I searched for good psychiatrics in Delhi and this clinic came up. I tried many times to have a basic, preliminary discussion and even offered to pay for that initial discussion as I am sure my mother would not be able to speak about her condition in entirety, but got stonewalled. Either nobody answers the clinic landline or the doctor doesn’t respond properly on her listed mobile number. As a doctor, would have expected some empathy but guess it is all business for her. Just a curt “No discussion without appointment”. Funny thing is, I would have gladly paid her the money for the discussion but the experience is so rude and underwhelming that I am not sure how she would be helping people actually suffering from depression. They say just a smile and comforting words from the doctor has the power to make believe that the ailment is half cured. Here, I experienced nothing but a cold shoulder and a condescending demeanor. My mother deserves better.
Edit: please see the response from the clinic below. In this connected world of instant reviews, the sheer arrogance is bewildering. Awards don’t make a good doctor. Healed patients do. Stay away folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has been suffering from physcitric problem. I visited number of hospitals but results was not so good. I read review of Dr Sudeshna on google and visited her clinic. In few days I noticed very good result in my wife. I personally felt Dr. Sudeshna give very authentic and genuine advice. She takes pain for his patient. She never recommended any test unless it is required. Her behaviour is very soothing and satisfying. She observes patient very carefully and then give genuine advice.
My wife is going to be recovered quickly. She is doing very good for society.
