★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hospital I have seen till now. They just want to make money from other people miseries.
I booked an appointment for my sister for Dr Ritesh Gupta as she was suffering from high fever since 20 days. We were referring to other dr earlier but due to no improvement we thought of refering Dr Ritesh Gupta due to his gooed reviews on google.
We came from Ghaziabad to Delhi to refer this Dr. When we reached the hospital, first they asked for registration fee and then opd fee.
Then they spent around 1/2 hour at the nursing station to check the vitals. Since my sister had fever, so they told that junior doctor will check her first.
Junior dr again checked the vitals and haemogram and other check up reports that we were carrying.
We even had a negative RT-PCR report with us ( test was done 4 days before appointment). After checking with Dr Ritesh Gupta, the junior dr told us he can only see the patient after we have done her RT-PCR test done again from their hospital.
He was not ready to check her even after we had rt pcr test with us. They just wanted to get test done from their clinic.
Dr are supposed to treat us and not deny treatment as they are afraid or maybe want to make money on the basis of other people's miseries and sufferings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by my Gynaecologist to Dr.Ritesh Gupta.I took an online appointment option with him.I called him right away and he did gave me an appointment time within 15 minutes of my call.I got very surprised when he treated me and he did not talk even about his consultation fee.He only asked when I insisted.
He is master of his work & highly experienced specialist doctor one of the top class Doctors in india.Very soft spoken and very kind.My experience with the doctor has been good
