★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad work conditions, long working hours (10-9). There is no management. No salary hike in 9 months; while joining they promised hike in 3 months. Director is non-cooperative. Small office. picks only 1 out of 100 interviews. Believe me, this is not the place to even worth wasting your time. I Found job in salt lake later, got better pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hr department was very polite, interviewers were also cooperative, their technology stacks are latest ones. I got selected for an internship of 6 months but I rejected. Because it was a 3 years bond(too long), first two month unpaid and moreover they wanted me to work on my own machine.. Meaning everything was from my side.. They have so much trust issues. If you hire a person first learn to trust him/her. You are not buying slaves but developers.

But I took the risk and trust me after experiencing for last 3 three months I can tell you that this company thinks about the employees. One can gain much knowledge after joining here. The salary and stipend is good for the freshers. The mentor, trainer, managers, HR are very cooperative. Everyone is very supportive here. Freshers will get enough scope for learning new things.
