★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just a cheater company!!! Daily fiber cut is there!! Customer care is unable to solve major issues!! go for any other broadband rather Bittel or Linkin .....
Update : Absolute fraud Company these guys using Sify upstream which is I guess technical guys knows very well....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no clarity of package details LCO Charged any amount as per their wish Bittel customer care will not tell you the package price they will tell you strange package details which you will never find in their website as package.
Just think you are subscribing a package and they will not tell you the package price. Totally unprofessional company. Never Recommend anyone to take Bittel connection. How this type of unethical company gets approval to do business God knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever giving there 5star rating , they are all their employees I think or they get paid for the rating. Because, the internet speed very bad. I used 25MBPS connection. But the speed is like 512KBPS. Installation charge is too high from other ISP. The customer support is very bad. They only waste my time by their remote connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service,aamphan has happened in Kolkata on 21/05/2020 . Today's date is 3rd /Jun/2020.Since 15 days my broadband is in off condition.There is no escalation process or matrix.Local vendor also same (no response). Customer care no doesn't work.Very very very poor service.
Guys dont go fot it.Find another ISP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional behaviour i have ever received by any company.The payment was made by our company on 13th August.one of their executive sent the official account and after that the payment was done within 2 hours.we were told that the connection will be fix within 2 days.but after 22 days we are still on same boat.
there are lots of problems with this company.i personally visited their place and the office atmosphere was horrible.the staffs are unprofessional.i asked for the chairman;s ph number the reply i got from the admin department was very funny.they dont know the who he is.
i think they provide lease line only in scamming process.hillarious experience.

I am having 60mbps plan.
Franky speaking the net is top good in domjur area (kolkata).
Yes, there is fluctuations in bandwidth but its not like your net stops. Min. You'll get speed about 30-40 mbps that's it and after a while it again goes to 60mbps. I recommend you to have this connection if you don't have airtel/jio broadband connection in your area.
