★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly not a good place to spend your time. Staff is rude and clueless with every aspect of their dealing. Tbey charge service fee and if you deny service charge they will remove all the discounts. Food was not good at all. We ordered chicken dishes, chicken were stale and bad smell was covered with lot of sauce. Don not go there.

Even DJ told us that he will not play good dance songs as it's a week day. Food is average in taste. service is so so average.
When I asked waiter to let me give some thing to provide my feedback, he instantly denied and said to give feedback on good so Here I am giving feedback on Google.
I would not suggest anyone else to go here. Save your money and go to smoke factory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad ambience with rude staff. They are useless piece of non professionals in hospitality industries. Food was stale and nobody cared to serve you. They are having monopoly being single retro bar in the mall as smoke factory is closed. I don't thing there were any second time visitor. Management should take care of staff to avoid garden Galleria kind of incidents as staff were hupsy with no friendly vibes. Must ignore this place particularly when going with family. Such waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole Staff is very rude, they dont know how to behave with the customer. Manager dont know whats going on in his club. Bouncers are behaving like gunda and DJ behave like a owner of club, he is so rude and inane dont know how to behave with customers. If you complains to Manager, he will say that this all is common here I cant help much. Just pay your bills and leave. Owner should replace manager and specially the jerk DJ guy. Never ever recommend anyone to go Black.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table size very small can't put 2 plates once. Food is pathetic. Dineout pay not allowed that show cheapness of any bar or restaurant. View is blocked by a large beam. Over all don't go there, price is high and service is worst. Don't waste your money. Worst place I ever visit
